Galen Gruman helped launch and then ran the editorial operations for the CMP Media startup M-Business, which looked at how businesses could take advantage of emerging high-speed data-communication technoloies to open new markets, gain a competitive advantage in serving their customers, and enhance their internal business processes. M-Business folded after 16 issues as part of the dot-com and hogh-tech publishing meltdown. Yet the magazine in its short life became the industry bible and won several editorial awards for its incisive content. The magazine's archives are no longer available online.
