RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, AND IDEA DEVELOPMENT    The Zango Group's principal, Galen Gruman, has provided white-paper authoring, research, and idea development for the PricewaterhouseCoopers Technology Center on a variety of enterprise-related technology business topics, including SOA governance, utility computing, security, CRM, and software pricing. He also contributes to the Technology Forecast Quarterly.

PUBLIC FORUMS    Principal Galen Gruman has also moderated panels on technology/business topics, such as for the Northern California chapter of the Young Presidents Organization.

COLLATERAL DEVELOPMENT    The Zango Group also provides editorial services as a subcontractor to BayCreative, a San Francisco marketing firm that specializes in print and online collateral development. Most of these projects involve rewriting internal materials used by sales forces — such as white papers, brochures, FAQs, and sales guides — to make them clear and relevant to an enterprise audience.
